How long until my order is shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped out within 3 business days of purchase. If for some reason we are unable to do so you will be contacted with more information.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is flat rate, based on order amount before taxes.
Light Packet under $80: $5.99
Standard shipping under $200: $14.99
Over $200: Free on all orders
Free Shipping at $80 (select products):
Most Games Workshop products qualify for free shipping at order values of $80 or more. Products qualifying for this option will have it noted under the Additional Information tab. Light packet products also qualify for this shipping option.
Mailer under $200: $6.99
Tracked Package under $200: $14.99

To ensure optimal performance, and ease of customer experience, we have separated our inventory of games, and trading card singles. Both are separate store checkouts and accounts.
We will combine and ship if orders are placed from both our Games Store, and our Singles Store! Once the order is placed, we will credit the shipping charge from the Games Store towards the shipping on your singles order. If your combined orders are over $200 we will credit all shipping fees towards your singles order! Please check out with the same shipping address from both stores on the same day, or let us know in the order notes to hold the order until completed. Additionally, our gift cards do not integrate with our singles store, if you have one please provide your number at checkout in the order notes, and we will apply it manually to your order, and charge the remainder to your credit card.
In-Store Pickup is FREE on all orders. PLEASE NOTE that for customers from other provinces, store pickup will be unavailable by default. A Manitoba address is required to enable this option. To use this option, simply add our address as the SHIPPING address, and keep your address as the billing address. This is to ensure that the required Manitoba taxes are applied on pickup orders.
How do PRE-ORDERS and BACKORDERS work?
Pre-Orders are only shipped once release date from manufacturer passes. There is a possibility that not all pre-orders can be fulfilled in which case we ship to customers that ordered first. If we are unable to ship your pre-order upon manufacturer release, we will contact you.
Backorders are shipped as soon as it is back in stock. We only enable backorder options on items we don’t expect a long delay for restocking. If we cannot ship the order within 2 weeks of order date we will notify you of the status and expected timeframe, as well as offer options to credit/refund backordered items if desired.
Please note that if any in-stock items are on your order that includes a pre-order or backorder item, the entire order is put on hold until we can ship it complete. We recommend purchasing pre-orders separately to minimize potentially significant delays, unless you are aware of the release date and are okay with the wait! You can always contact us about your order as well.
Do you ship International?
Currently, we only offer shipping to customers located in Canada.
Curbside Pickup is available during our regular business hours! Call the store at 204-408-1110 when you arrive and provide your name and order ID (5 digit number on the receipt), and inform us of the car you’re in! We will bring out your order. Pickup is always free!
Covid-19 Lock Down changes
Due to Code Red restrictions, we are making these following changes for Curbside and Delivery options:
Curbside Pickup (free): Place order online anytime, your order will be available for pickup at the next curbside pickup time:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 11am-2pm
Delivery to Steinbach, Mitchel and Kleefeld (free over $80 order value):
Monday, Tuesday and Friday between 2pm and 5pm
