SHIPPING:

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If for some reason there is a delay you will be notified immediately with more information.

LOCAL DELIVERIES & PICKUPS:

We do our best to have all orders delivered within 3 business days unless different pickup or delivery date is requested by the customer. Orders are deemed abandoned after 1 week of arranged date, and we’re unable to get a hold of the customer. We will continue to hold orders up to 1 week of last correspondence with the customer, up to 30 days of original purchase date at which point a refund will be issued. Abandoned orders will be refunded to original form of payment minus a 20% restocking fee. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Customers may also select In-Store Pickup on checkout, at which time we will have the order ready to pickup within 1 business day. In-Store pickup orders must be picked up within 1 week, or if unable to please arrange with us otherwise. Orders are deemed abandoned after 1 week of arranged date, and we’re unable to get a hold of the customer. Abandoned orders will be refunded to original form of payment minus a 20% restocking fee. If selecting the Pay at Pickup option at checkout, orders are held for 24 hours unless otherwise requested on the Order notes section at checkout. Maximum hold time for Pay at Pickup option is 3 business days.

PAYMENT:

Online, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. In Store we also accept Debit (up to $100) and Cash.Credit/Debit processing is handled by Square.

Note: When paying with PayPal, please make sure your shipping address provided matches that provided by PayPal. We always ship to PayPal provided address to insure adherence to PayPal’s buyer/seller protection policy. We do not accept PayPal payment for Delivery or Pickup options.

As a registered business in Manitoba we collect the provincial PST. HST is collected to buyers from participating provinces. GST is collected Canada-wide where HST is not applicable.

COUPONS:

To redeem a coupon, enter the coupon code on the shopping cart page. The discount will be applied immediately. Only one coupon offer may be used per transaction.

GIFT CARDS:

To purchase a gift card, simply add the gift card item to your cart and check out. We only offer digital gift cards at this time. There are no shipping fees or taxes applicable to gift cards. The code will be emailed to the recipient(s) indicated on the gift card product page once the order is completed. To have your order completed immediately after payment, check out with only gift cards in your cart. If other items were purchased with the gift card, order processing is completed manually, which may take up to 1 business day. Purchased gift cards have no expiry date. You may check the balance of your gift card anytime here.

To redeem a gift card, enter the code in the gift card box in the shopping cart. The discount will be applied immediately on the checkout page. Remaining balance can be used at a later date. gift cards are applied to the after tax total.

RETURN POLICY:

All returns must first be approved by Arctic Board Games before sent back. We accept returns of unopened products only; returns must be requested within 30 days of original purchase date. Credit is issued to original form of payment within 15 days of purchase, credit is issued in the form of a gift card after 16 days, and up until 30 days after original purchase date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping, pickup and delivery charges are non refundable.
