All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If for some reason there is a delay you will be notified immediately with more information.
Online, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. In Store we also accept Debit and Cash. Online Credit/Debit processing is handled by Stripe.
Note: When paying with PayPal, please make sure your shipping address provided matches that provided by PayPal. We always ship to PayPal provided address to insure adherence to PayPal’s buyer/seller protection policy. We do not accept PayPal payment for Delivery or Pickup options.
As a registered business in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, we collect the provincial PST. HST is collected to buyers from participating provinces. GST is collected Canada-wide where HST is not applicable.
To redeem a coupon, enter the coupon code on the shopping cart page. The discount will be applied immediately. Only one coupon offer may be used per transaction.
To purchase a gift card, simply add the gift card item to your cart and check out. The code will be emailed to the recipient(s) indicated on the gift card product page once the order is completed. To have your order completed immediately after payment, check out with only gift cards in your cart. If other items were purchased with the gift card, order processing is completed manually, which may take up to 1 business day. Purchased gift cards have no expiry date. You may check the balance of your gift card any time here.
We also offer physical gift cards! There are no shipping fees or taxes applicable to digital gift cards, but physical gift cards are shipped out and therefore are also liable to standard shipping fees.
To redeem a gift card, enter the code in the gift card box on the checkout page. Remaining balance can be used at a later date. Gift cards are applied to the after tax total.

Earn points for every dollar spent, excluding membership payments and gift card purchases. Free accounts earn 1% back in points, members earn 5% back in points. Minimum $5 is required to redeem, and must be redeemed online at this time. 1000 Points equal $1. Points expire after 1 year. Arctic Board Games’ Singles points are tracked and redeemed on a separate system, and are awarded at 5% for all customers. An account is required to collect and redeem points. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the point system at any time.
Memberships are renewed automatically every 30 days using the credit card on file. Renewal payments may be done manually within 7 days of expiry. If automatic payment fails, or if payment is not made online in your account, the membership will be canceled automatically, and all benefits associated with the membership are revoked. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our membership system and packages at any time, and to terminate memberships at our sole discretion.
All returns must first be approved by Arctic Board Games before sent back. We accept returns of unopened products only; returns must be requested within 30 days of original purchase date. Credit is issued to original form of payment within 15 days of purchase, credit is issued in the form of a gift card after 16 days, and up until 30 days after original purchase date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All Trading Card singles are final sale. Shipping, pickup and delivery charges are non refundable.
