Based on the excellent customer service that I received from the owner the situation has been responded to by him in a very positive and pleasant manner. I can recommend Arctic Board Games to anyone who reads this! And encourage anyone to purchase online with the store. As far at the product goes I have opened the core box and it is of good quality and now I am waiting for the resin minis to come in.

I am giving a rating of 1 because of the false advertising that Arctic Board Games has done. I received my order via UPS and the miniatures that were packed in the box are plastic, not resin. This is not what was shown as the product to buy on their website. I phone in with my complaint but was only able to speak to an employee, not the owner. I hope he will be sending me resin figures as promised. I will update this review as to the conclusion of this.
